The building
A patio, a fountain, and the sound of nothing much
All bedrooms face the rear of the building, so the loudest thing you will hear is water.

A village inside the city
A quiet, sunny quarter of modest houses and modernist buildings that still feels like a village, right next to the centre of Palma.
The market
The historic market hall is the heart of the neighbourhood. Fresh produce, fish, meat and flowers, a short walk away, open 8am to 2pm Monday to Saturday.
Eating and drinking
Calle Fàbrica is Palma's busiest restaurant street, and the quieter streets around it hide some of the city's best places to eat.
Ten minutes to the old town
The cathedral is ten minutes on foot. Es Baluard is just across the river, the marina is a stone’s throw away and the beach is within walking distance.
